The Butterdon Suite is our most luxurious guest suite. It has amazing views of Mardon Down, Haytor, up to Butterdon and out over Dartmoor.

This suite features a very comfortable Kingsize bed, gorgeous oak furniture including a double wardrobe, a large drawer unit and bedside cabinet. There is also a wall mounted full length mirror. A recent addition to this room has been a comfortable 2 seater sofa which looks out over beautiful countryside. A wall mounted heated towel rail (with timer) completes the recent upgrade.

There is an ensuite shower room which has recently been refurbished and features a modern power shower, basin, toilet and illuminated mirror with shaver socket.

As you would expect, there is also a welcome tray with kettle, fresh milk, filtered drinking water, tea, coffee and biscuits. 

Towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay.

The suite also features a 32 inch flatscreen TV with access to Freeview channels and radio. 
There is also a Docking station / speaker for iPhones or iPads and USB charging port for other devices. This features a radio / alarm clock and Bluetooth or USB connectivity to access your own music.

Free WiFi is available in this suite as well as the guest lounge

The Mardon Suite is our most flexible suite. It has the option of being used as a double suite, a twin room or a family room utilising the new full size day bed and pull out trundle.

The ‘Mardon’ Suite has magnificent views of Mardon Down, Haytor and over the town of Moretonhampstead and it’s beautiful church of St. Andrew's. 

There is a comfortable double bed and modern furniture including double wardrobe with drawers under and bedside cabinets. The room also now has a daybed and trundle to accommodate a four-person family. Or it makes it a luxurious suite for two. A wall mounted, heated towel rail (with timer) completes the recent upgrade.
